Cocktail hour






Elderflower Collins

St. Germain - 1.5 oz
Gin (Beefeater) - 1 oz
Lemon juice - 0.5 oz
A splash of soda water










I was introduced to this cocktail in August, and it immediately became one of my favorites. As the weather gets colder and colder, it may lose some of its appeal. So order one up tonight or file this recipe away for Spring.
