I've been looking for a great fringed purse for awhile. It's not exactly a wardrobe staple, but it felt like something I needed. Much to my surprise, I spotted this one in an H&M window this week. $30 felt like an appropriate investment for this type of thing. If I love it, I'll upgrade. For now, I'm loving this one and feeling like a rock star.
Note: This pleather looks pretty good, and it's got an adjustable strap so it can worn over the shoulder or across your body. Amazing.
